Recovery starts with the right aftercare
- Manage discomfort: Mild soreness is expected after treatment. Over-the-counter or prescribed medications can help alleviate discomfort.
- Avoid strenuous activities: Give your body time to heal by avoiding heavy exercise and intense physical activity for a few days.
- Eat soft foods: Stick to a soft diet for the first 24-48 hours to avoid unnecessary pressure on the treated area.
- Maintain oral hygiene: Keep the area clean but be gentle when brushing and flossing near the treatment site.
- Follow medication guidelines: If antibiotics or pain relievers are prescribed, take them as directed.
Know when to call us: If you experience severe pain, swelling, or unusual symptoms, don’t hesitate to reach out.
